Section 06 / the connections

The edges are documented. The friendships are inferred.

These men did not grow up together. What links them is narrower and more useful: one podcast, one distribution platform, and a sequence of appearances that turned into co-founderships and board seats. Below is every connection I can date, and every one I cannot.

01 · The matrix

Who is connected to whom, and how firmly

What the matrix shows: a hub, not a clique. Garber connects to almost everyone; Agee connects only to Garber. The buyer is at the edge of the network, not inside it — which is exactly what you would expect from a man whose company was approached by private equity rather than raised inside the content circuit.

03 · The mechanism inference

Appearances, then arrangements

Every business relationship in this network starts as an appearance: a podcast episode, a guest host slot, a conference panel. The order is consistent — content first, contract second. Garber guest-hosted in 2021 and co-founded in 2022. Baldwin guested on Garber's show in 2024 after co-founding in 2022. Agee guested in 2024 and speaks at the paid event in 2027.

That is a content-led sales motion applied to partnerships rather than customers, and it explains why the podcast catalogue sits inside a paid learning platform. The episodes are not marketing for courses; they are the room where the deals get made.

The one thing I cannot establish: whether any of these men knew each other before roughly 2019. There is no shared employer, no shared school, no family connection and no pre-2020 co-appearance in any record I found. The claim "they all know each other from the past" is supportable only if "the past" means 2020 onward.

And the asymmetry worth remembering: Agee has no documented tie to Baldwin, Giannamore or Moraites. He arrived with a company to sell and a platform to build. If you are mapping influence in this ecosystem, he is a counterparty, not a member of the circle.

What "no evidence" means here

Absence is not proof of absence

These are people who meet in person at conferences, on panels and in private calls. Most of that leaves no public trace. A blank cell in the matrix means I found no document, not that no relationship exists.

Post dates are not meeting dates

LinkedIn and Facebook dates record when something was published, not when two people first spoke. The 2021 Pest Daily podcast republication is the earliest hard evidence of contact between Garber and Baldwin's circle; the relationship could be older.

One date is approximate

The CPCA leadership conference where Garber keynoted and Agee sat on a panel is dated from a social post's relative timestamp, not from an event programme. The year is right; the exact date is not established.

No private records were used

Everything here is published material: trade press, company pages, sitemaps, social posts and state registries. No dockets were searched, no emails obtained, no one was contacted.
