Section 03 / financials

No audited numbers exist. The record still narrows it.

A private Florida LLC files no revenue, no balance sheet and no tax return with the state. What it does file is dates, officers and status — and those, crossed with Inc. 5000 thresholds and headcount, put real brackets around the money.

01 · Corporate record verified

Five entities, one Tampa address

Pulled from Florida Division of Corporations records. All five are registered from the same residential street address in Tampa 33629 — there is no leased office in the record, which is itself a cost-structure datapoint.

Garber-linked Florida entities, as filed
EntityFiledEINStatusWhat it tells you
FLORIDAPESTLEADS.COM LLC19 Apr 201782-1322692ActiveThe "founded 2017" claim traces here — a lead-generation business, not training

MIXED MEDIA HOLDINGS LLC14 Nov 202292-1118939ActiveLater holding entity, co-managed with a family member

Read the dates as a history. Lead generation in 2017, sales training in 2017, a holding company in 2018 that lapsed in 2022, the training platform in 2020, a second holding company in 2022. That is a serial operator consolidating under one brand — not a single product launched once.

02 · The one place revenue is disclosed by implication verified

AXN Growth Partners cleared $2 million in 2025

AXN appears at No. 991 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 with 350% three-year growth. Inc. publishes its eligibility floor: at least $100,000 of revenue in 2022 and at least $2 million in 2025. Those two facts together pin the trajectory.

Eleven acquisitions in just over two years verified

Reported by FieldRoutes in September 2026: 11 acquisitions in Arizona, 15–20%+ revenue growth in the 12 months after each close, and expansion into Texas next. AXN's CEO's own framing: "about 10X'd it in just over two years in one state."

Shore Capital closed the platform in December 2023 verified

The partnership with ACTION Termite & Pest Control was announced 8 December 2023, with a board assembled and led by Shore's head of business services. Pest Daily's founder sits on that board.

Headcount implies more than the floor inference

LinkedIn lists AXN at 51–200 employees. At typical pest-control revenue per employee, a platform that size is more likely in the $5M–$15M range than at the $2M minimum — the Inc. floor is a threshold, not a measurement.

03 · FRAXN model

250 operators, and a book that is not theirs

FRAXN publishes two numbers: 250+ operators and $450M of annual revenue managed. That second figure is the clients' revenue, averaging roughly $1.8M per operator — a useful size profile, not FRAXN's top line.

Fees are not published. At normal bookkeeping economics for a service business — 1–2% of revenue, or $500–$1,500 a month — 250 clients is a $1.5M–$4.5M book. With 2–10 staff on LinkedIn, the realistic middle is $1.5M–$3M.

The structural detail worth knowing: FRAXN is co-founded with Patrick Baldwin, who runs it from Waco, Texas, and is the operating principal. It describes itself as a bookkeeping firm, not a CPA firm; tax work is done by CPAs it employs.

The conversion ratio. 250 FRAXN clients against 1,500+ Pest Daily companies is roughly one in six. That is what the education is for — and it is the single most informative number in this dossier.

04 · Pest Daily itself model

A payroll floor of about $1.5 million

Fourteen people on LinkedIn at $90,000–$120,000 fully loaded is $1.3M–$1.7M of payroll before rent, software or marketing. A subscription business carrying that cost plus events and consulting is most plausibly a $1.5M–$2.5M revenue company, not the sub-$1M the price list alone suggests.

Composition of the estimate model
LineRangeDriver
Membership$0.4M–$1.4M300–600 active accounts at $1,200–$2,400 blended annual value
FORGE + events$0.3M–$0.5M150–250 seats at $1,750, plus 10–20 vendor tables at $4,995
Consulting & sponsorshipnot disclosedPartner placements, fractional advisory, event sponsors
Payroll floor−$1.3M to −$1.7M14 staff, fully loaded

Why this matters: the membership cannot be carrying the company on its own at any plausible subscriber count. Events, sponsorship and advisory work are load-bearing, which explains why course production stopped in January 2025 and the sales energy moved to a $1,750 ticket.

05 · What does not exist publicly

The gaps, named

No securities filings

Full-text search of SEC EDGAR returns zero hits for Pest Daily, FRAXN and AXN Growth Partners. No Form D, no registered offering, no public disclosure of investors or raise amounts. AXN's capital comes from Shore Capital, which does not publish deal terms.

No PPP or federal award record retrieved

The PPP loan databases (ProPublica, federalpay) bot-block automated access. Absence of a record here means "not retrieved", not "no loan existed" — treat this as an open question rather than a finding.

No audited or filed financial statements

Florida does not require LLCs to file revenue, balance sheets or tax returns with the state. There is no equivalent of a UK Companies House filing here. Any revenue figure in this dossier is derived, and labelled as such.

No debt, valuation, or cap table

Nothing public on AXN's acquisition financing, Shore's equity stake, FRAXN's ownership split, or Pest Daily's own valuation. Industry multiples for pest control roll-ups are widely quoted but applying one here would be speculation dressed as analysis.

No litigation search

County, state and federal dockets were not searched for this pass. Nothing on the public record reviewed here suggests a dispute — that is not the same as confirming there isn't one.

What the financial picture says. The training company is the smallest of the three businesses by revenue and the most important by function: it manufactures the audience that FRAXN bills and that AXN buys from. If you were valuing this group, the courses would be a marketing asset, not a profit centre.
