Section 06 / sources

How this was assembled, and what it cannot prove.

Everything below came from public pages fetched on 30 October 2026. Nothing came from a private database, a leak, or a paid tool. Where the evidence ran out, this page says so instead of filling the gap.

01 · How to read the labels

Two labels, applied per claim

verified

Seen on a fetched page

A price, a claim, a date or a technology was read directly from the source named beside it. Reproducible with curl and a browser.

inference

A reasoned reading

An interpretation drawn from verified facts — motivation, strategy, revenue range. Explicitly labelled, and wrong-able.

model

Arithmetic on guesses

Numbers built from stated prices and an assumed customer count. Useful for magnitude, useless for precision.

03 · Gaps

What this dossier cannot tell you

Financials and customer counts

Pest Daily LLC publishes no revenue, no subscriber count and no churn. Every revenue figure is arithmetic on public prices or an Inc. 5000 threshold, labelled as a model. The "1,500 companies" claim is cumulative support, and its definition is theirs, not audited. PPP loan databases bot-block automated access, so absence of a loan record here means "not retrieved". Full detail: Financials.

Whether the testimonials are real

The twelve quotes name individuals and companies but link to nothing. Verifying them would mean contacting each company, which is beyond public-source research. They are reported here as claims, not as facts.

Corporate registration, ownership splits and litigation

State registry filings for Pest Daily LLC, FRAXN and the AXN entities were not retrieved for this pass. No litigation search was run. Ownership percentages between Pest Daily, FRAXN and the AXN platform are unknown; the links established here are board seats, co-founder statements and cross-promotion.

Event attendance and partner revenue

No attendance figures or sponsor counts are published. FORGE seat counts in the model are venue-scale guesses. The partners page lists vendors but not terms.

Course quality

Only the free introductory course is publicly viewable; the rest requires a trial or membership. Nothing here evaluates teaching quality — the critique is about freshness, pricing architecture and commercial entanglement.

Method. Pages were fetched with a desktop user agent and cached to disk, then stripped of scripts and styles for reading; claims were checked against raw HTML where wording mattered. Timestamps come from the sitemap's own last-modified values. Domain facts come from Verisign RDAP and the Wayback CDX API. Header and cookie evidence was read from live responses on 30 October 2026.
